This Refund Policy is a placeholder. A detailed, final refund policy will be published before paid services are enabled.
As a general principle, service fees cover application preparation and filing assistance. Fees for work already performed up to the point of cancellation may be retained on a pro-rata basis.
Government fees
Any official government fees paid on the FoSCoS system are outside our control and are non-refundable by us.
