FoodLicence Assist is a private consultancy that provides application preparation, documentation and filing assistance for FSSAI registration and licence applications.
We are not FSSAI, a government department, or an official government portal. We do not issue FSSAI registrations or licences. Registrations and licences are issued by the competent authority through the official FoSCoS system.
No guarantee of outcome
The final decision on any application rests with the competent authority. We do not guarantee approval, a specific processing time, or any particular result.
Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, complete information and valid documents. Delays or rejections caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you are not our responsibility.
Fees
Our service fees are separate from any official government fees payable on the FoSCoS system. You are responsible for any official fees applicable to your application.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the service fees paid by you for the specific service in question.
